The Castle at Tally Mountain currently offers a Cinderella wedding package designed to make your wedding day stress free and budget friendly.  Packages and rates vary greatly depending upon the number of guests you expect at your wedding. We believe that each and every event is unique and should be tailored to the personality and wishes of the individual. We stand ready to assist in any way possible in order to free you, our client, to enjoy your event. We urge you to share your hopes and ideas with us.
 
Event Information
Events are typically booked in 6 hour blocks. Weddings have 2 ½ hours prior to event time for decorating, dressing with your wedding party in the castle bridal suite, pictures, etc. and 30 minutes for the ceremony. The cottage is available for the groom and his party to change within that allotted time.
Due to County ordinance, quiet time is 11 PM, so all music must be silenced at that time. All guests must vacate the property at this time. Any property belonging to the client must be removed by 12 AM.
"The Castle" is a non-smoking facility. We do not permit smoking anywhere in the building. Smoking is allowed outside only where you find designated ash cans.
Payment Information
Facility & Deposit fees are as follows:
Weddings $3,000 - deposit $1,500
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Events $2,000 - deposit $1,000
Final payment of the contract balance is required 4 weeks prior to the event. All events must be paid in full at this time. All events require a non-refundable reservation deposit to hold the date and reserve the space. Deposits may be made in the form of cash or check. All deposits are applied to the contract balance. A refundable damage/incidentals deposit is due with the final payment which will be returned within 7 days of event following property inspection.
"The Castle" permits the use of bubbles and rose petals outside the building. At no time may anything be tossed inside, as this will result in an additional cleaning fee. Birdseed is not permitted anywhere on the property. Other items may be discussed with your coordinator as necessary.
Ceremony fees include one ‘day of’ director and 1 Hour rehearsal time to be scheduled with your coordinator based on availability.
"The Castle" is not responsible for any lost or damaged items while on the property. This includes any items brought by outside vendors supplying, cakes, flowers, entertainment, decorations, or any other equipment.
Menu Planning
A $1000.00 Facility deposit will secure “The Castle” for the date of your event. A meeting with our Wedding planner to determine what services you would like for us to provide can then be arranged to develop a detailed contract for the event. Outside caterers that are licensed and insured can be used for an event.  For more information about Castle Wedding’s Menus and Services, you may contact Tammy Brown at 706-692-8992 for more detail or to arrange an on-site meeting. Upon confirmation of a service contract, your caterer of choice will require an additional deposit to secure catering services for the event date.
Clients may choose us or use their own professional Cake Designer for Wedding and Grooms cakes.
The Caterer welcomes family recipes and traditions at any special event. Please talk to the Caterer about your specific requests.
All events must have a set menu four to six weeks prior. We take pride in designing a menu to fit your needs and tastes. All clients will have a planning meeting with the Caterer to choose their specific menu, set up and service options. Please add 7% sales tax and 20% service charge to all food.
